Suction/Siphoning Service Procedure

Suction service is the most commonly used service in the septic hauling industry. But before we are going to start our suction service, here’s the procedure we usually follow as our standard basis.

1. We invite our customer or any representative from them to check our septic tank status to be fair for them.

2. After the checking of septic tank, it’s time to locate their septic tank and and let our personnel open the septic manhole.

3. Next part is the hose preparation and installation and starting the pumping machine.

4. Base on our experience, around twenty five to thirty minutes, suction service already done if the customers septic tank dimension around width 3feet by length 6 feet and depth 6 feet.

5. After suction service done, we invite again the customer or any representative to let them check our septic tank status in order to be fair for them.

By implementing this very simple protocol, this means that we are transparent to our customers by checking the septic tank load before and after of our service.

Our septic truck maximum capacity is more or less 5.8 cubic meter and we load only around 5.1 cubic meter to avoid spillage during travel.
