Shine Septic New Design of Septic Suction Pump

In the field of septic tank business we need a less maintenance cost and less down time of machine in order to serve better to the clients. One of the most critical part of the operation is the suction pump damage due to over used of the machine.

The traditional design of the suction machine is directly connected to speed reducer to the diaphragm arm, which can cause imbalance of torque during pumping or suction.

By identifying the problem we need a torque catcher to prevent damage of the of arm, bearing and kam lock . So, the simple solution to this problem by providing solid shafting 1.5 inches in thickness with two pillow block support so that the torque generated by the speed reducer will not directly to the suction arm. The new design should be from the engine machine with chain coupling to the speed reducer and from speed reducer to the pillow block with chain connection to the suction arm and 1.5 inches thickness of shafting.
